The complex is set on the hill 12 km from the centre of Sochi, where you can enjoy the stunning view over the sea.

General information.

One of the most popular and well known recreational complexes of the Black Sea Coast. The main building, 27 storied building, looks like pyramid. Every year from October till May it hosts participants of international and all- Russia symposia, seminars, conferences, presentations, exhibitions and sport events. From 1994 the complex is under the supervision of Administration of President.

There are about 1000 rooms. All rooms with TV, a telephone, a refrigerator in the room.

There is a bathroom with a bath and a bidet on second floor and a satisfy unit on the first floor.

Laundry is changed one time in3 days.
